All bulls will be delivered to a central location. Topp
Herefords will contact buyer prior to delivery to
determine a central location.
Payment Details:
Bull calves will be guaranteed breeders. If failing
to be satisfactory, they must be reported to Topp
Herefords by August 1, 2024. A replacement
bull will be located at Topp Herefords or you
can choose to receive 100% credit towards the
purchase of a replacement bull in our next sale.

1a. By clicking "BID" during a live auction, or "Placing an Absentee Bid" before an auction, you agree to purchase the animal/item displayed on screen, for the displayed amount in USD. This agreement is between you "BUYER" and the consignor "SELLER" for purchase of the item/animal.
1b. The highest bidder is the buyer. Any dispute between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as the auctioneer sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, including the right to reject any or all bids.
2. Terms of the sale are cash or bankable check.
3. When an item is sold, title shall pass to the buyer.
4. Items are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Montana, and the right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this sale.
5. The sale management, auctioneers, and employees act as agents for the sellers, but assume no liability for either buyer or sellers. Any representations made by the sale management are made on behalf of the seller.
