2007 Grade Black Draft Cross Gelding
Screech - 2007 Grade Black Draft Cross Gelding - - Taylor Russell, Fishtail, MT - Screech is an 19 year old, GRADE, Draft Cross ex bucking horse. He was started under saddle in March of 2025, and by early April he was dragging calves to the fire. He’s been used for just about everything on the ranch from doctoring to letting a 4 year old boy trot the barrels on him. I’ve roped bulls and yearlings on him and never bothered him in any way. He’s very gentle, quiet, sound, and has had riders of all ages and experience on and never been phased by anything. He is on the slower side which is no fault of his, but will work gates, and wants to watch a cow, just a little slow. I trust him with my 4 year old son, and has even been through a few parades and never taken a wrong step. He can be shoed but has pretty tough feet and never taken a bad step through rugged terrain. He does have a couple old scars on his front and hind left leg from his time as a bucking horse but is not affected by them in any way. VIDEO: Contact Seller. FMI: 806-217-0028. Coggins.
