Our TIMED ONLINE ONLY SALE Procedure is as follows:
Bidding opens on all horses at 12 Noon Sep 10
Bidding will continue up to 6 p.m. Thurs Sep 18 at which time Hip 1 will close.
At 6:03 p.m. Hip 2 will close. At 6:06 p.m. Hip 3 will close. Every 3 minutes the following horse will be closed to bidding. If during the last seconds a horse is bid is placed
2022 GRADE Strawberry Roan Draft Cross Mare
We are so excited to introduce you to this absolutely spectacular mare with one of the best foundations a horse can have on top of an incredible brain and color! Roxanne is a favorite around here, from her color and height to brains and athleticism this mare is one of a kind!! Roxanne is already over 16 hands as a 3 year old, built like an absolute brick house and has lots of miles and a solid foundation for her age- we have ridden Roxanne on all of the trails in Fort Collins! She has been straight through downtown, to the coffee shop, along the highway and even to lunch! She is good with bikes, traffic, strollers and chaotic crowds and loud music! Roxanne has been started English and western has an AMAZING sliding stop and rollback, has an easy walk jog and lope and is working on crossovers, neck reining and even flying lead changes and cavalettis! Roxanne has a great collection English and western and will collect up and hold herself English or western! We have started this horse ourselves and she has NEVER bucked bolted or reared has very good mind and work ethic and loves absolutely anything you pull her out to do. Roxanne has carried a flag and walked over tarps, had a rope thrown off of her, seen and pushed cattle and has a good foundation in both the western pleasure and English world. Roxanne would excel as a drill team horse or your favorite trail partner! Roxanne has had many different riders and lots of experience for her age. Come meet this sweet mare and see for yourself how wonderful she is. Willing to hold for 7 days while travel arrangements are being arranged. After that there is a $20 a day charge for boarding. BUYER'S PREMIUM: No buyer's premium for this sale.
HORSE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The highest bidder is the buyer. Any dispute between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as the auctioneer sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, including the right to reject any or all bids.
2. Terms of the sale are cash or bankable check.
3. When a horse is sold, title shall pass to the buyer.
4. Horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Montana, and the right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this sale.
5. Horses are at the buyer’s expense and risk and responsibility from the time of the purchase, but no delivery will be made until final
settlement has been made.
6. There is no guarantee of any kind as to the soundness or condition or other quality of any horse sold in this sale. Once the sale closes the sale is final.
7. The sale management, auctioneers, and employees act as agents for the sellers, but assume no liability for either buyer or sellers.
Any representations made by the sale management are made on behalf of the seller.
8. Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of the catalog. However, sales management, printer and auctioneer assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.
9. Checks should be made payable to BLS or Billings Livestock Commission.
10. Sellers have the right to bid. The auctioneer may protect the seller.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
First - Sale Invoice: At the conclusion of the bidding on each lot, the successful bidder will be emailed an invoice for the lots purchased.
Second - Payment of Account: Full settlement of purchases need to be made no later than the Tuesday following the sale, at 5PM. Payment will be made by United States currency, certified check, money order, traveler’s check, or personal check. Canadian buyers must pay with US Currency or Certified Funds.
Third - Permission to Load Out: After payment of the buyer’s account is made, buyer will receive permission to load out which will permit removal of the animal from the seller.

Care & Removal of Horses - Important!!
Please be reminded that title passes at the fall of the hammer, at which time the purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility to move
horses after the sale. Consignors will assist with holding of animals pending transport and assist with transport arrangements where noted in footnotes on individual horses.
