Our TIMED ONLINE ONLY SALE Procedure is as follows:
Bidding opens on all horses at 12 Noon Apr 8
Bidding will continue up to 6 p.m. Thurs Apr 16 at which time Hip 1 will close.
At 6:03 p.m. Hip 2 will close. At 6:06 p.m. Hip 3 will close. Every 3 minutes the following horse will be closed to bidding. If during the last seconds a bid is placed that lot will be extended 3 minutes.

Rebel stands 12hh and built just as thick as she is tall. She has a lot of personality and loves attention. But most importantly she is gentle and safe. She has been used extensively for play days and youth rodeo events. She has been hauled to town quite a bit. She is patterned on the barrels and she can jump up to about 2 1/2 feet. She even lays down on command. She has seen lots of miles out on the trails as well, crosses water, logs, any terrain you throw in front her she is not scared to try and conquer it! She stands tied, loads and unloads good, good for the farrier. She especially loves her baths! Rebel is the kind that will just stand there and put up with the shenanigans or saddle up and go cover the big country with. She has pushed cattle, rode pens, pen roped some but not a whole lot. Rebel has lots of heart and TRY she loves to cover country if you let her. I would not recommend her for a complete beginner only because she still has plenty of go and loves to stride out. But if you are looking for a step-up horse for a handy kid that loves to go fast everywhere or needs to cover some big country, then Rebel is the perfect fit. HORSE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The highest bidder is the buyer. Any dispute between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as the auctioneer sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, including the right to reject any or all bids.
2. Terms of the sale are cash or bankable check.
3. When a horse is sold, title shall pass to the buyer.
4. Horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Montana, and the right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this sale.
5. Horses are at the buyer’s expense and risk and responsibility from the time of the purchase, but no delivery will be made until final
settlement has been made.
6. There is no guarantee of any kind as to the soundness or condition or other quality of any horse sold in this sale. Once the sale closes the sale is final.
7. The sale management, auctioneers, and employees act as agents for the sellers, but assume no liability for either buyer or sellers.
Any representations made by the sale management are made on behalf of the seller.
8. Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of the catalog. However, sales management, printer and auctioneer assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.
9. Checks should be made payable to BLS or Billings Livestock Commission.
10. Sellers have the right to bid. The auctioneer may protect the seller.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
First - Sale Invoice: At the conclusion of the bidding on each lot, the successful bidder will be emailed an invoice for the lots purchased.
Second - Payment of Account: Full settlement of purchases need to be made no later than the Tuesday following the sale, at 5PM. Payment will be made by United States currency, certified check, money order, traveler’s check, or personal check. Canadian buyers must pay with US Currency or Certified Funds.
Third - Permission to Load Out: After payment of the buyer’s account is made, buyer will receive permission to load out which will permit removal of the animal from the seller.

Care & Removal of Horses - Important!!
Please be reminded that title passes at the fall of the hammer, at which time the purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility to move
horses after the sale. Consignors will assist with holding of animals pending transport and assist with transport arrangements where noted in footnotes on individual horses.
