2018 GRADE Bay Gelding
Here is your family's Prince Charming! This handsome Quarter Pony gelding is the whole package. Prince is a beautiful, rich bay, 7yrs old, and stands a very versatile 12h tall. He is built just like a little Quarter Horse, with a strong hip, solid bone, and correct conformation that is meant to last. He has a kind, intelligent expression and the sensible, good-minded temperament that these ponies are famous for. Prince is the pony we use for beginner riders who need a gentle walk and a slow trot. And he's the pony the kids grab when they want to go do something fun. He is a fantastic beginner or step-up pony for a child on the lead line and beyond, and has a versatile trot ranging from a slow jog up to a nice, full trot. The kids ride this pony all over the ranch, bareback or in a saddle, exploring the trails and pastures! He's been exposed to everything under the sun - dogs, cars, tractors, the trails, the road, and the arena! He has a great work ethic and a fun, versatile handle. He's been used for all the play day events and love to walk or trot the barrels, but he's just as happy to walk calmly down a trail, crossing fallen logs and swimming in the pond. Want versatile!? Prince also goes English on the flat and can pop over cross rails and small jumps! He collects nicely, takes both leads, and rides beautifully on the bit. This is a pony with a great mind and a solid foundation! He is healthy, sound, and an easy keeper. His 12h size is perfect for growing kids and he has the substance to carry them for years of adventures. If you're looking for that handsome, well-built, do-it-all pony that can take your young rider anywhere they want to go, Prince is ready to meet his new family. Will hold at 7 days with no fee. $3/day after 7 days. Can arrange shipping for you at $1.50 per 1-way mile.
