Our TIMED ONLINE ONLY SALE Procedure is as follows:
Bidding opens on all horses at 12 Noon Oct 8
Bidding will continue up to 6 p.m. Thurs Oct 16 at which time Hip 1 will close.
At 6:03 p.m. Hip 2 will close. At 6:06 p.m. Hip 3 will close. Every 3 minutes the following horse will be closed to bidding. If during the last seconds a horse is bid is placed
2021 GRADe Dapple Grey Gelding
Perry is a gorgeous 4 year old dapple grey draft cross gelding standing a solid 15.3 hands. His unique coloring and eye-catching presence turn heads everywhere he goes, and his quiet, confident demeanor makes him a joy to be around. Even though he is still young, Perry carries himself like a seasoned veteran. He rides with the kind of maturity and steadiness you normally only find in older horses. Under saddle, Perry is soft in the bridle, willing to learn, and extremely broke. He neck reins easily and stays light in the bridle, trotting around with an easy headset. His lope is smooth and balanced, and he catches both leads easily making him comfortable for long rides in the arena or out on the trail. Whether you prefer to ride in a saddle or bareback, Perry is equally steady and sure footed. This gelding has also been exposed to plenty of real world experiences that show off his versatility. He has been roped off of and will confidently drag a calf. He has carried the American flag with confidence. Out on the trail, Perry is the kind of horse you can count on. he moves through water, brush, and all kinds of rough terrain without a second thought. He is not spooky and stays level headed in new places and around new sights and sounds. Around the barn and in the pasture, Perry is easy to care for and easy to get along with. He does well whether kept in a stall or turned out in the pasture, and he is lower in the pecking order, making him a good fit in a mixed herd. He stands quietly to be saddled, brushed, and bathed, and stands good for the farrier. He currently wears four shoes and is kept up to date on his care. He sells with a current negative Coggins and a rabies vaccination, so he is ready to head straight to his new home. BUYER'S PREMIUM: No buyer's premium for this sale.
HORSE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The highest bidder is the buyer. Any dispute between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as the auctioneer sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, including the right to reject any or all bids.
2. Terms of the sale are cash or bankable check.
3. When a horse is sold, title shall pass to the buyer.
4. Horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Montana, and the right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this sale.
5. Horses are at the buyer’s expense and risk and responsibility from the time of the purchase, but no delivery will be made until final
settlement has been made.
6. There is no guarantee of any kind as to the soundness or condition or other quality of any horse sold in this sale. Once the sale closes the sale is final.
7. The sale management, auctioneers, and employees act as agents for the sellers, but assume no liability for either buyer or sellers.
Any representations made by the sale management are made on behalf of the seller.
8. Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of the catalog. However, sales management, printer and auctioneer assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.
9. Checks should be made payable to BLS or Billings Livestock Commission.
10. Sellers have the right to bid. The auctioneer may protect the seller.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
First - Sale Invoice: At the conclusion of the bidding on each lot, the successful bidder will be emailed an invoice for the lots purchased.
Second - Payment of Account: Full settlement of purchases need to be made no later than the Tuesday following the sale, at 5PM. Payment will be made by United States currency, certified check, money order, traveler’s check, or personal check. Canadian buyers must pay with US Currency or Certified Funds.
Third - Permission to Load Out: After payment of the buyer’s account is made, buyer will receive permission to load out which will permit removal of the animal from the seller.

Care & Removal of Horses - Important!!
Please be reminded that title passes at the fall of the hammer, at which time the purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility to move
horses after the sale. Consignors will assist with holding of animals pending transport and assist with transport arrangements where noted in footnotes on individual horses.
