Paddys Best Whiskey - 2014 AQHA Bay Stallion - 5606770 - Miller Livestock, Big Piney, WY -2014 AQHA Bay Stallion x Paddys Irish Whiskey x Peppy San Badger out of Best Performance x Special Effort. 15.1hh. 6 panel negative. A very nice Stallion in every respect. Pedigree-- His Sire is a leading sire in the reining and cowhorse world. His dam is a daughter of the leading broodmare sire and Quarter Horses' only Triple Crown winner, Special Effort - she has produced such greats as Goodnight Two Moons who won $100,000 for Speed Williams in the 2011 Wildfire Open to the World. 'Whiskey's' pedigree has accumulations of millions in earnings. Performance -- Whisky was trained in reined cowhorse, cutting and Versatility Ranch Horse, qualifying for the AQHA World Show. As a 5 year old he was in the top 20 of the 1D at the Classic Equine Futurity and Dash & Dance Futurity. At 6 years old he ran consistent 1D and 2D times at the Fizz Bomb and Roper Rally. Now Whiskey is an excellent head horse - great in box, fast, faces fast and is gentle enough for most any roper. Using Horse -- Has been used in all phases of ranch work. He has drug calves to the fire, been rode in the mountains and on the desert. He is very sure footed and travels out great. A very pleasant ranch and trail horse! Disposition-- Can't be beat! Has no bad habits! Is extremely well behaved, a most pleasant horse to be around. Great sire! His colts have his athletic ability and great disposition and are very good looking. ----- Whiskey has great feet, he is 100% sound, hauls and ties well to other horses, is a gentleman! And a great thing is how smooth he is. All In All we enjoy riding him and love his colts and am selling him because we have raised too many stallions. HORSE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The highest bidder is the buyer. Any dispute between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as the auctioneer sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, including the right to reject any or all bids.
2. Terms of the sale are cash or bankable check.
3. When a horse is sold, title shall pass to the buyer.
4. Horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Montana, and the right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this sale.
5. Horses are at the buyer’s expense and risk and responsibility from the time of the purchase, but no delivery will be made until final
settlement has been made.
6. There is no guarantee of any kind as to the soundness or condition or other quality of any horse sold in this sale. Once the sale closes the sale is final.
7. The sale management, auctioneers, and employees act as agents for the sellers, but assume no liability for either buyer or sellers.
Any representations made by the sale management are made on behalf of the seller.
8. Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of the catalog. However, sales management, printer and auctioneer assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.
9. Checks should be made payable to BLS or Billings Livestock Commission.
10. Sellers have the right to bid. The auctioneer may protect the seller.
11. MUST BE AGE 18 OR OLDER TO CREATE ACCOUNT OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY BLS SHOWCASE SESSIONS.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
First - Sale Invoice: At the conclusion of the bidding on each lot, the successful bidder will be emailed an invoice for the lots purchased.
Second - Payment of Account: Full settlement of purchases need to be made no later than the Tuesday following the sale, at 5PM. Payment will be made by United States currency, certified check, money order, traveler’s check, or personal check. Canadian buyers must pay with US Currency or Certified Funds.
Third - Permission to Load Out: After payment of the buyer’s account is made, buyer will receive permission to load out which will permit removal of the animal from the seller.

Care & Removal of Horses - Important!!
Please be reminded that title passes at the fall of the hammer, at which time the purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility to move
horses after the sale. Consignors will assist with holding of animals pending transport and assist with transport arrangements where noted in footnotes on individual horses.
