2019 GRADE Chestnut Mare
I get compliments on this mare everywhere I go! From her easy-going personality to her looks, she is an eye-catcher for sure. This horse does not have a mean bone in her body; she is as sweet and trustworthy as they come. Mary is bombproof on the trail; she does not blink an eye at wildlife, bikes, strollers, bridges, water, semis, lots of traffic, dogs, etc. She will cross, go over, or go through anything you ask of her. Mary is very sure-footed as well and makes an impressive mountain horse. She is great with steep or rough terrain and can pack in and out a lot of weight with how stocky she is. Mary is a great babysitter for teaching young kids how to ride, all ages, all experience levels—she will take care of them. Mary has stunning gaits! She is easy to move off your leg and is also voice-trained; she has a nice easy stop and knows how to stand when you ask. Mary has had a rope thrown off her, messed around with kids vaulting practice, been trail ridden extensively, taught kids lessons, gone hunting, been at local gymkhanas, been in parades, pushed cows, and anything else you can think of out on the ranch. Mary is easy to catch, great for the farrier and vet, self-loads and backs out, great around farm life and wildlife; she loves baths and water and will stand tied all day. She also has a handy neck rein that goes with her. This mare is a phenomenal horse for so many aspects and disciplines in the horse world and can go just about any direction you’re wanting to go! Come check this phenomenal mare out! We can hold for 7 days while transport is being set up and after that $20 a day
