BLACK TYPE EXTENDED PEDIGREE ~ ONLINE SESSION – MISTABELLE – 2020 AQHA Sorrel Mare x RR Mistakelly x Darkelly out of Bellearina x Confederate Leader. Kelly was broke to ride and started on the barrel pattern. When I bought her, I had planned to continue her training and run her, but when she got home, she had a large hematoma on her back. While that healed, she was turned out. I brought her back in to try but never could seem to get her 100%, and vet examinations didn’t have any findings. It’s now scar tissue which you can see and feel on her back, so I decided to put her in the broodmare pen. Kelly sells open with a half off breeding to any of my stallions, if so desired. She is sired by RR Mistakelly, who earned $295,072 and is the 2nd Winningest Barrel Futurity Stallion. RR Mistakelly is siring lots of standout offspring with lifetime earnings still being racked up. Most recently notable is futurity standout Lipstick N Stilettos, who broke the then arena record on a standard pattern at the Ruby Buckle in April 2024 with a 16.476. RR Mistakelly is sired by Darkelly, who had a SI-110 earning $89,020. He has sired get with earnings in excess of $600K. Kelly's dam, Bellearina, is a full sister to Dashing Dillon, who was a futurity standout earning over $115K. Bellearina is sired by Confederate Leader, who is a BFA Champion and leading sire of barrel horses and won over $30K in the barrel pen. The most impressive thing is his progeny, who have won hundreds of thousands in the barrel pen. HORSE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The highest bidder is the buyer. Any dispute between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as the auctioneer sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, including the right to reject any or all bids.
2. Terms of the sale are cash or bankable check.
3. When a horse is sold, title shall pass to the buyer.
4. Horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Montana, and the right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this sale.
5. Horses are at the buyer’s expense and risk and responsibility from the time of the purchase, but no delivery will be made until final
settlement has been made.
6. There is no guarantee of any kind as to the soundness or condition or other quality of any horse sold in this sale. Once the sale closes the sale is final.
7. The sale management, auctioneers, and employees act as agents for the sellers, but assume no liability for either buyer or sellers.
Any representations made by the sale management are made on behalf of the seller.
8. Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of the catalog. However, sales management, printer and auctioneer assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.
9. Checks should be made payable to BLS or Billings Livestock Commission.
10. Sellers have the right to bid. The auctioneer may protect the seller.
11. MUST BE AGE 18 OR OLDER TO CREATE ACCOUNT OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY BLS SHOWCASE SESSIONS.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
First - Sale Invoice: At the conclusion of the bidding on each lot, the successful bidder will be emailed an invoice for the lots purchased.
Second - Payment of Account: Full settlement of purchases need to be made no later than the Tuesday following the sale, at 5PM. Payment will be made by United States currency, certified check, money order, traveler’s check, or personal check. Canadian buyers must pay with US Currency or Certified Funds.
Third - Permission to Load Out: After payment of the buyer’s account is made, buyer will receive permission to load out which will permit removal of the animal from the seller.

Care & Removal of Horses - Important!!
Please be reminded that title passes at the fall of the hammer, at which time the purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility to move
horses after the sale. Consignors will assist with holding of animals pending transport and assist with transport arrangements where noted in footnotes on individual horses.
