Our TIMED ONLINE ONLY SALE Procedure is as follows:
Bidding opens on all horses at 12 Noon Jun 11
Bidding will continue up to 6 p.m. Jun 19 at which time Hip 1 will close.
At 6:03 p.m. Hip 2 will close. At 6:06 p.m. Hip 3 will close.
Every 3 minutes the following horse will be closed to bidding.

2022 GRADE Brown Mare.
We started Millie this spring. Put her first 60 days of training on her. It consisted of a solid week of ponying and ground work. She took to everything like a champ and showed no willingness to buck. We put a lot of outside miles on her including trailing cows to the mountains. She is honest enough for our 13 year old, cowboy raised grandson, to ride during the drives. Not a kids horse, but honest. She has roped the dummy and dragged logs willingly. She has a bit of go, but very controllable. If you are handy with a horse, you will love her. She comes to you in the pasture, easy to do things with. Catch her, loads in the trailer, stands tied and is getting better with her feet. Just a little fidgety when you shoe her. Very pretty horse with a dark, dark brown color. Stands 14.2 at this time. She is very correct and carries no blemishes. Always sound, never injured. Buy her with confidence. Came from registered parents but paperwork has gotten lost along the way. She’s got a solid start and is ready to go. Located in Lovell if you want to come try her. We have videos if you will text us. Feel free to call and talk about her. HORSE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The highest bidder is the buyer. Any dispute between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as the auctioneer sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, including the right to reject any or all bids.
2. Terms of the sale are cash or bankable check.
3. When a horse is sold, title shall pass to the buyer.
4. Horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Montana, and the right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this sale.
5. Horses are at the buyer’s expense and risk and responsibility from the time of the purchase, but no delivery will be made until final
settlement has been made.
6. There is no guarantee of any kind as to the soundness or condition or other quality of any horse sold in this sale. Once the sale closes the sale is final.
7. The sale management, auctioneers, and employees act as agents for the sellers, but assume no liability for either buyer or sellers.
Any representations made by the sale management are made on behalf of the seller.
8. Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of the catalog. However, sales management, printer and auctioneer assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.
9. Checks should be made payable to BLS or Billings Livestock Commission.
10. Sellers have the right to bid. The auctioneer may protect the seller.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
First - Sale Invoice: At the conclusion of the bidding on each lot, the successful bidder will be emailed an invoice for the lots purchased.
Second - Payment of Account: Full settlement of purchases need to be made no later than the Tuesday following the sale, at 5PM. Payment will be made by United States currency, certified check, money order, traveler’s check, or personal check. Canadian buyers must pay with US Currency or Certified Funds.
Third - Permission to Load Out: After payment of the buyer’s account is made, buyer will receive permission to load out which will permit removal of the animal from the seller.

Care & Removal of Horses - Important!!
Please be reminded that title passes at the fall of the hammer, at which time the purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility to move
horses after the sale. Consignors will assist with holding of animals pending transport and assist with transport arrangements where noted in footnotes on individual horses.
