2018 AQHA Sorrel Gelding
Little Sippa Shiner - 2018 AQHA Sorrel Gelding - 5892615 - Ilene NeVille, Jackson, WY - Shiner is a flashy stout 15.2 1250 pound head horse. He is very athletic, lopes soft smooth circles and is very sensitive to your hands and feet. He has also been ridden outside and has moved cattle on a ranch. Shiner is great in the box, leaves flat and runs hard to cattle. He has incredible speed and is strong across the pen. He scores very well. He is currently with Paul Griemsman and will be roped on until the day of sale. Paul will rope on him in the jackpot Friday night and show him in the preview. If you would like to try him before the sale, please contact Paul. Shiner is a favorite at the house with his kind disposition and great personality. He will always be the first one to meet you at the gate. He will stand still when using a mounting block. He opens gates easily. He loves his baths, stands quiet when a livestock blower is used to dust off before brushing or drying after a bath. Stands well for a farrier, easy to load and hauls well. He is UTD on his vaccines. He is wearing PLR shoes as maintenance recommended by my vet for a cyst on his right front navicular bone. He requires no other maintenance and has always been sound since I have owned him. The only reason I am selling him is because he is a much higher caliber head horse than I need. I would recommend that he go to an experienced roper. He is all business when he backs into the box. HORSE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The highest bidder is the buyer. Any dispute between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as the auctioneer sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, including the right to reject any or all bids.
2. Terms of the sale are cash or bankable check.
3. When a horse is sold, title shall pass to the buyer.
4. Horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Montana, and the right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this sale.
5. Horses are at the buyer’s expense and risk and responsibility from the time of the purchase, but no delivery will be made until final
settlement has been made.
6. There is no guarantee of any kind as to the soundness or condition or other quality of any horse sold in this sale. Once the sale closes the sale is final.
7. The sale management, auctioneers, and employees act as agents for the sellers, but assume no liability for either buyer or sellers.
Any representations made by the sale management are made on behalf of the seller.
8. Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of the catalog. However, sales management, printer and auctioneer assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.
9. Checks should be made payable to BLS or Billings Livestock Commission.
10. Sellers have the right to bid. The auctioneer may protect the seller.
11. MUST BE AGE 18 OR OLDER TO CREATE ACCOUNT OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY BLS SHOWCASE SESSIONS.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
First - Sale Invoice: At the conclusion of the bidding on each lot, the successful bidder will be emailed an invoice for the lots purchased.
Second - Payment of Account: Full settlement of purchases need to be made no later than the Tuesday following the sale, at 5PM. Payment will be made by United States currency, certified check, money order, traveler’s check, or personal check. Canadian buyers must pay with US Currency or Certified Funds.
Third - Permission to Load Out: After payment of the buyer’s account is made, buyer will receive permission to load out which will permit removal of the animal from the seller.

Care & Removal of Horses - Important!!
Please be reminded that title passes at the fall of the hammer, at which time the purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility to move
horses after the sale. Consignors will assist with holding of animals pending transport and assist with transport arrangements where noted in footnotes on individual horses.
