Our TIMED ONLINE ONLY SALE Procedure is as follows:
Bidding opens on all horses at 12 Noon Sep 10
Bidding will continue up to 6 p.m. Thurs Sep 18 at which time Hip 1 will close.
At 6:03 p.m. Hip 2 will close. At 6:06 p.m. Hip 3 will close. Every 3 minutes the following horse will be closed to bidding. If during the last seconds a horse is bid is placed
2011 AQHA Sorrel Mare
LCR HY BROW RUBY "Heidi" is a 13 year old AQHA mare.who has been used as a sorting and penning horse, as well as an all around ranch horse. She has been roped off-both ends - used in the branding pen, carried a sick calf, has had a foal and been ridden extensively in both the mountains and desert. She is currently barefoot, although she has been shod. She comes willingly in an open pasture and loads and hauls like a dream. Due to personal health issues, I am no longer able to compete. Otherwise this mare would not be fair sale.Heidi was soundness checked before bringing her to Montana in May of this year. She has been out in a large pasture all summer and although I have only ridden her a couple times, I believe she is still sound. That being said, I encourage any interested party to have their own vet examine her. For additional information and photos, please feel free to contact me at 970-215-2659. Heidi is currently located in Helena Montana. I will hold for transport for 2 weeks for free and an additional 2 weeks, if needed for a fee. Additionally, I will transport up to 50 miles for free to deliver or meet a transport truck.

HORSE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The highest bidder is the buyer. Any dispute between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as the auctioneer sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, including the right to reject any or all bids.
2. Terms of the sale are cash or bankable check.
3. When a horse is sold, title shall pass to the buyer.
4. Horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Montana, and the right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this sale.
5. Horses are at the buyer’s expense and risk and responsibility from the time of the purchase, but no delivery will be made until final
settlement has been made.
6. There is no guarantee of any kind as to the soundness or condition or other quality of any horse sold in this sale. Once the sale closes the sale is final.
7. The sale management, auctioneers, and employees act as agents for the sellers, but assume no liability for either buyer or sellers.
Any representations made by the sale management are made on behalf of the seller.
8. Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of the catalog. However, sales management, printer and auctioneer assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.
9. Checks should be made payable to BLS or Billings Livestock Commission.
10. Sellers have the right to bid. The auctioneer may protect the seller.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
First - Sale Invoice: At the conclusion of the bidding on each lot, the successful bidder will be emailed an invoice for the lots purchased.
Second - Payment of Account: Full settlement of purchases need to be made no later than the Tuesday following the sale, at 5PM. Payment will be made by United States currency, certified check, money order, traveler’s check, or personal check. Canadian buyers must pay with US Currency or Certified Funds.
Third - Permission to Load Out: After payment of the buyer’s account is made, buyer will receive permission to load out which will permit removal of the animal from the seller.

Care & Removal of Horses - Important!!
Please be reminded that title passes at the fall of the hammer, at which time the purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility to move
horses after the sale. Consignors will assist with holding of animals pending transport and assist with transport arrangements where noted in footnotes on individual horses.
