2022 AQHA Bay Mare

Im Alright Peponita - 6387425 - 2022 AQHA Bay Mare - Ariel Garrett, Butte, MT - This is one of my ranch-raised foals, imprinted at birth and handled correctly from the start. She’s always the first to meet you at the gate, easy to catch, stands quietly, a farrier’s favorite, and loads and hauls like a champ. From the Montana mountains to the Arizona wilderness, this mare has had a lot of experience. She was started as a 2-year-old with light, short rides in the mountains and some arena work following steers and roping the dummy. As a 3-year-old during last hunting season, she was one of our main riding horses for getting back into the backcountry. She packed out two animals and handled it like a pro. She’s been used to pony young horses and has been to town multiple times. She was also used last summer for trailing cattle out of the mountains and did great. Recently, she’s been started in cow horse work, working buffalo, and she’s picking up on cutting very well. She’s been exposed to a lot and has handled herself exceptionally. Dogs, kids, goats, traffic, machinery, side-by-sides—none of it bothers her. I’ve started her to be quiet and calm, but with that being said, I could see her becoming a great speed event horse or a fantastic timed trail course horse—or all of the above! She crosses water smoothly and loves to play in the lakes. Built for speed with a solid mind. VIDEO: https://youtube.com/watch?v=gW6NCndeg8Q&feature=shared FMI: 406-880-1591. Coggins.
