HRR Blockana 536 is dark-red heifer originating from a mating of Canadian pedigrees on the sire side, (RED Minburn Copenhagen 3Y x RED Bar E-L Bull Meg 985W
bloodlines) and the Blockana cow family on the dam side. The sire, HRR Copenhagen 2265, is a bull we sold in our 2023 sale to Chad Nittler and Dvorak Bros Red Angus. The
HRR Copenhagen 2265 daughters were among the high sellers in the recent Dvorak Bros dispersion last winter. Her dam, HRR Blockana 904, is a dark-red, good-uddered,
good-footed dam with a 96 BW ratio and a 102 WW ratio. HRR Blockana 536’s full sister, HRR Blockana 454 is bred AI and in our 2-year-old group. This mating is supported
by good feet, great performance and maternal lines tracing back to TR Julian LT142, Leachman Monu 2x, Sell Coppertop 608, 5L Grand Express 5655, 5l Topgun 560-65B
and of course, Copenhagen and Meg. HRR Blockana 536 should make a solid breeding piece for those looking to extend the maternal lineage in their herds with some solid
genetics.
