2018 Grade Bay Gelding

Frank - 2018 Grade Bay Gelding - Rye Hewitt- Dillon, MT. 15h and wears 00 shoes all around. No buck, kick, bite or paw. Frank stands great for the farrier. Extremely fast and tough, has been used for every aspect of ranch work, branding, sorting, doctoring etc. He handles large cattle well for his size and you can tie off to him and he will stand and work the rope while you doctor. Stays sound and ready to work barefoot or shod. He is much more go than whoa and I would not recommend him for young kids or beginner riders. You can ride him up and down a mountain or rope yearlings all day and he will be ready to do it again tomorrow. He has ran barrels and been team roped on a little bit (both sides) as well as being rode in the mountains for hunting and pack trips but recently has exclusively been used as a ranch horse. Crosses water no problem and you can drag sleds, tarps etc. behind him without issue. Only blemishes are some small bite marks from being turned out with other horses.
