2013 AQHA Black Mare
BLACK TYPE EXTENDED PEDIGREE ~ ONLINE SESSION – FROSTY LEADER – 2013 AQHA Black Mare x Confederate Leader x Special Leader out of PC Kimber Frost x Sun Frost. Frosty had a promising career in the barrel pen before going to the broodmare pen. She has several nice prospects on the ground, including a 3 year old by Fiestas Gotta Gun. Frosty sells open. She does have a cyst, which I can show records to interested buyers along with the vets notes. He did not feel that the reason she is open this year is due to the cyst. I purchased her and was told ICSI had been done on her. My understanding was the ICSI had been done last year, but it was done right before I purchased her. The vet believes that the combination of ICSI and then trying to breed her in the heat of the summer is the reason she didn’t take. She was broke to ride and was started on the barrel pattern, but I’m selling her as broodmare sound only, due to not knowing her riding history, if she has any prior injuries or any quirks. She sells with a half off breeding to any of my stallions, if so desired. Frosty is sired by Confederate Leader, a BFA World Champion barrel horse, with progeny earnings of over $3.3 million. He was sired by Special Leader (SI-103 LTE $292,605, progeny earnings $12.9+ million). Confederate Leader's dam was Southern Streaker (SI-93 LTE $103,690). She was sired by Some Kinda Man (Track Record Holder, SI-105 LTE $94,798 PE $2.1+ million). Frosty's dam, PC Kimber Frost, was sired by Sun Frost, who produced get with earnings of over $2 million in barrel racing and the NCHA. He produced NFR Qualifiers French Flash Hawk (4X WPRA World Champion Barrel Horse, 5X WNFR Average Winner and winner of major rodeos such as Houston, Cheyenne, Calgary and more) & PC Frenchmans Hayday (WNFR money-earner, pro rodeo winner in barrels and heeling). HORSE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The highest bidder is the buyer. Any dispute between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as the auctioneer sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, including the right to reject any or all bids.
2. Terms of the sale are cash or bankable check.
3. When a horse is sold, title shall pass to the buyer.
4. Horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Montana, and the right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this sale.
5. Horses are at the buyer’s expense and risk and responsibility from the time of the purchase, but no delivery will be made until final
settlement has been made.
6. There is no guarantee of any kind as to the soundness or condition or other quality of any horse sold in this sale. Once the sale closes the sale is final.
7. The sale management, auctioneers, and employees act as agents for the sellers, but assume no liability for either buyer or sellers.
Any representations made by the sale management are made on behalf of the seller.
8. Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of the catalog. However, sales management, printer and auctioneer assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.
9. Checks should be made payable to BLS or Billings Livestock Commission.
10. Sellers have the right to bid. The auctioneer may protect the seller.
11. MUST BE AGE 18 OR OLDER TO CREATE ACCOUNT OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY BLS SHOWCASE SESSIONS.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
First - Sale Invoice: At the conclusion of the bidding on each lot, the successful bidder will be emailed an invoice for the lots purchased.
Second - Payment of Account: Full settlement of purchases need to be made no later than the Tuesday following the sale, at 5PM. Payment will be made by United States currency, certified check, money order, traveler’s check, or personal check. Canadian buyers must pay with US Currency or Certified Funds.
Third - Permission to Load Out: After payment of the buyer’s account is made, buyer will receive permission to load out which will permit removal of the animal from the seller.

Care & Removal of Horses - Important!!
Please be reminded that title passes at the fall of the hammer, at which time the purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility to move
horses after the sale. Consignors will assist with holding of animals pending transport and assist with transport arrangements where noted in footnotes on individual horses.
