FRENCHINS LEGACY – 2011 AQHA Palomino Stallion x Frenchin Ta Fame x Frenchmans Guy out of Elle Ta Fame x Dash Ta Fame. 14.2 H. Mav is 6 panel negative, color tested: e/e, A/a,N/Cr - Versatile, Stout and Gentle. Hidden gem who had a late start in life. Mav has a pedigree that will compliment any breeding program. A grandson of both Frenchmans Guy and Dash Ta Fame who need no introduction. His sire Frenchin ta Fame was also a money earner (over 6k) with a very limited entries due to a life ending injury - Placing 7th Br: WPRA World Finals 11/08, 21st BR:BFA World Champion Futurity 12/07, 4th Br:LG Pro Classic Futurity 2/08 just to name a few. (equi stats report available). Mav hand and pasture breeds, is very easy to handle and a gentlemen to the mares. He lives in a herd setting with multiple geldings, we haul/ tie him alongside mares and geldings alike- he has exceptional ground manners. On more than one occasion he has been mistaken for a gelding. Mav can be ridden alone or in a group, loves trail rides, has been entered and placed in local barrel jackpots, used for sorting and was awesome despite his rider having no idea what she was doing. Hauled out for O-mok-see play dates, used in horse camps/lesson program with intermediate riders. He has buttons so not suitable for beginners. Mav's main handler is a handy teen who unfortunately is not 18 making it difficult to enter him into larger races. With a handful of foals on the ground his offspring look promising all showing great athleticism, stout builds and willingness to work -Again he was a late start not being touched from age 2-10 - YES 8 years living feral is correct and now one of the gentlest stallions I have ever been around. HORSE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The highest bidder is the buyer. Any dispute between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as the auctioneer sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, including the right to reject any or all bids.
2. Terms of the sale are cash or bankable check.
3. When a horse is sold, title shall pass to the buyer.
4. Horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Montana, and the right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this sale.
5. Horses are at the buyer’s expense and risk and responsibility from the time of the purchase, but no delivery will be made until final
settlement has been made.
6. There is no guarantee of any kind as to the soundness or condition or other quality of any horse sold in this sale. Once the sale closes the sale is final.
7. The sale management, auctioneers, and employees act as agents for the sellers, but assume no liability for either buyer or sellers.
Any representations made by the sale management are made on behalf of the seller.
8. Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of the catalog. However, sales management, printer and auctioneer assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.
9. Checks should be made payable to BLS or Billings Livestock Commission.
10. Sellers have the right to bid. The auctioneer may protect the seller.
11. MUST BE AGE 18 OR OLDER TO CREATE ACCOUNT OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY BLS SHOWCASE SESSIONS.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
First - Sale Invoice: At the conclusion of the bidding on each lot, the successful bidder will be emailed an invoice for the lots purchased.
Second - Payment of Account: Full settlement of purchases need to be made no later than the Tuesday following the sale, at 5PM. Payment will be made by United States currency, certified check, money order, traveler’s check, or personal check. Canadian buyers must pay with US Currency or Certified Funds.
Third - Permission to Load Out: After payment of the buyer’s account is made, buyer will receive permission to load out which will permit removal of the animal from the seller.

Care & Removal of Horses - Important!!
Please be reminded that title passes at the fall of the hammer, at which time the purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility to move
horses after the sale. Consignors will assist with holding of animals pending transport and assist with transport arrangements where noted in footnotes on individual horses.
