2019 GRADE Bay Roan Gelding

ONLINE SESSION – ELMER – 2019 GRADE Bay Roan Gelding. 14.3hh. Elmer is a solid all-around ranch horse that has done just about everything. He’s spent lots of time on our summer mountain permit gathering and herding cattle. He’s roped and doctored calves, dragged calves to the fire, sorted cattle in the alleyways and pens, and has been used to break colts. He’s started on the sled and has plenty of experience roping outside cattle. Elmer is tough, sure-footed, and will go over water, logs, or rough country without a problem. He can get a little spooky sometimes, but he has never bucked or pulled any funny business. He has a small scar on his right hind hock, but it’s only cosmetic and doesn’t affect his movement or soundness. Elmer doesn’t need a job to be happy—he’s just as good on a trail ride as he is working cattle, and he’ll do whatever you ask. He’s a handy, honest horse that knows what a day’s work is.
