Fresh and progressive mating here out of a newly acquired donor from our friends at
Bobcat Angus in Galata, MT. The “411” cow is known throughout the industry as the
mother to the high selling bull, Bobcat Blue Sky who sold to ST Genetics. We bought
her after admiring her moderate frame, long body, great udder and her proven record.
She is also a half sister to our herd bull, Basin Deposit 6249 who had a historic day on
March 18th when he sold over 25 sons at TD Angus to average $11,957 and sold a son at
Basin Angus on the same day, Basin Jameson for a record setting $600,000. “Denver”
daughters continue to get it done. Sired by the record setting $525,000 T/D Doc Ryan
049 and a proven cow this mating has real genetic value.
