Exceptional 3-year-old bay filly. Ready to make her mark in the arena or on the ranch, Doc Fancy Topaz is a rare gem with all the ingredients to become your next superstar. Built for performance, bred for greatness, and boasting a temperament you’ll fall in love with, this filly is as versatile as they come. Outstanding Pedigree: Sire Lineage: Mr. Topaz — a stunning buckskin from the legendary 6666 Ranch, whose foals are already lighting up the barrel and roping arenas. Jesses Topaz (by Mr. Jess Perry SI 113): Over $687,000 earned on the track; AQHA’s #3 all-time living sire of money earners. Paddys Topaz (by Paddys Irish Whiskey): From one of the top NCHA sires in history. Dam Lineage: True cow-horse royalty with Mr Dry Doc (son of World Reserve Champion Dry Doc) and Two Eyed Blue Boy adding depth and old-school reliability. Performance Ready: Perfect mix of run and cow, blending speed, agility, and smart handling. Built right at 14.3 hh and still growing — sturdy, stocky, and athletic. Smart, friendly, and people-oriented — she’s eager to be your partner. The Total Package: Whether you’re aiming for barrels, breakaway, roping, cutting, or breeding, Doc Fancy Topaz checks every box. Her full brother is already turning heads on the barrel pattern, and she’s showing all the signs of being just as good — if not better. Ride Now, Breed Later: Her value is only going up. Grab her while you can — ride her now, breed her later, and build your program around proven bloodlines that speak for themselves. Will hold horse 14 days after sale before charging storage fees.
