Our TIMED ONLINE ONLY SALE Procedure is as follows:
Bidding opens on all horses at 12 Noon Oct 8
Bidding will continue up to 6 p.m. Thurs Oct 16 at which time Hip 1 will close.
At 6:03 p.m. Hip 2 will close. At 6:06 p.m. Hip 3 will close. Every 3 minutes the following horse will be closed to bidding. If during the last seconds a horse is bid is placed
2021 GRADE Blonde Gelding
Denver is a 4 year old 14. 1h Haflinger gelding. Denver is a super sweet, laid back and easy going gelding that loves to trail ride and would make an excellent kids step-up mount or husband horse! Denver rides western and English and loves to jump! He would be the perfect addition to someone's lesson program or as an all around family horse! In the ring, Denver is very simple and easy to ride. He has a very comfortable walk, trot, canter and has smooth transitions. He has been started over fences and took right to it! We have had all levels of riders on Denver, he is enjoyable for everyone! Off farm, Denver will ride out alone or with a group. He is safe for anyone to hit the trails on and takes care of his rider! Denver is traffic safe, he will cross over deadfall, rocks, creeks, bridges and doesn't care about bikes, dogs, wildlife etc! He is a very relaxing, simple ride! At home, Denver loves attention and is very friendly. He has good ground manners and is easy for the vet, farrier and dentist. He stands good in cross ties, he's good to bathe, clip, groom, tack up etc! He does well in a stall or can be turned out in a mixed herd! He stays lower on the pecking order and is easy to catch from the field! Denver requires no maintenance or supplements, he is an easy keeper and he sells sound with no known vices! BUYER'S PREMIUM: No buyer's premium for this sale.
HORSE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The highest bidder is the buyer. Any dispute between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as the auctioneer sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, including the right to reject any or all bids.
2. Terms of the sale are cash or bankable check.
3. When a horse is sold, title shall pass to the buyer.
4. Horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Montana, and the right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this sale.
5. Horses are at the buyer’s expense and risk and responsibility from the time of the purchase, but no delivery will be made until final
settlement has been made.
6. There is no guarantee of any kind as to the soundness or condition or other quality of any horse sold in this sale. Once the sale closes the sale is final.
7. The sale management, auctioneers, and employees act as agents for the sellers, but assume no liability for either buyer or sellers.
Any representations made by the sale management are made on behalf of the seller.
8. Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of the catalog. However, sales management, printer and auctioneer assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.
9. Checks should be made payable to BLS or Billings Livestock Commission.
10. Sellers have the right to bid. The auctioneer may protect the seller.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
First - Sale Invoice: At the conclusion of the bidding on each lot, the successful bidder will be emailed an invoice for the lots purchased.
Second - Payment of Account: Full settlement of purchases need to be made no later than the Tuesday following the sale, at 5PM. Payment will be made by United States currency, certified check, money order, traveler’s check, or personal check. Canadian buyers must pay with US Currency or Certified Funds.
Third - Permission to Load Out: After payment of the buyer’s account is made, buyer will receive permission to load out which will permit removal of the animal from the seller.

Care & Removal of Horses - Important!!
Please be reminded that title passes at the fall of the hammer, at which time the purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility to move
horses after the sale. Consignors will assist with holding of animals pending transport and assist with transport arrangements where noted in footnotes on individual horses.
