Bidding opens at 12 Noon Thurs Sep 12. Bidding will continue to 6 p.m. Sep 18 at which time Hip 1 will close. At 6:03 p.m. Hip 2 will close. At 6:06 p.m. Hip 3 will close. Every 3 minutes the following horse will be closed to bidding. Bidding will be extended 3 mins if any bid is placed in the last min.

Notes: Mr Smokin J Bee was shown his yearling year and was Reserve Yearling Stallion in the SDQHA. Then we broke him and he earned his oats chasing cattle on the ranch. Once he locked on to a cow, she didn’t get away no matter what hazard she went over or through. His sire, Daniel J Bee, was one of the last breeding sons of AQHA Hall of Fame Horse, Jackie Bee. The sire of 5 world Champions, 7 AQHA Champions, 4 Superior Western Pleasure horses, 1 Superior Calf Horse, 1 Superior Hunter Under Saddle, 1 Superior Steer Horse, 11 Superior Halter Horses and 49 Show ROMs. His get accumulated 5095 AQHA points. RWS Tru Sis Snap was a consistent winner in local shows and earned many purples at the State 4-H Horse Show in showmanship and stock seat equitation. She was a babysitter for children who had limited contact with horses but came to life in the show ring. She has some of our best breeding … her great grandam, Tru Sis, was one of the foundation mares of our program. She came to the ranch in 1951 and put her stamp on the ranch with a produce that earned AQHA honors and went on to produce many more award winners.. Eligible for Ranching Heritage classes.

HORSE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The highest bidder is the buyer. Any dispute between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as the auctioneer sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, including the right to reject any or all bids.
2. Terms of the sale are cash or bankable check.
3. When a horse is sold, title shall pass to the buyer.
4. Horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Montana, and the right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this sale.
5. Horses are at the buyer’s expense and risk and responsibility from the time of the purchase, but no delivery will be made until final
settlement has been made.
6. There is no guarantee of any kind as to the soundness or condition or other quality of any horse sold in this sale. Once the sale closes the sale is final.
7. The sale management, auctioneers, and employees act as agents for the sellers, but assume no liability for either buyer or sellers.
Any representations made by the sale management are made on behalf of the seller.
8. Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of the catalog. However, sales management, printer and auctioneer assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.
9. Checks should be made payable to BLS or Billings Livestock Commission.
10. Sellers have the right to bid. The auctioneer may protect the seller.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
First - Sale Invoice: At the conclusion of the bidding on each lot, the successful bidder will be emailed an invoice for the lots purchased.
Second - Payment of Account: Full settlement of purchases need to be made no later than the Tuesday following the sale, at 5PM. Payment will be made by United States currency, certified check, money order, traveler’s check, or personal check. Canadian buyers must pay with US Currency or Certified Funds.
Third - Permission to Load Out: After payment of the buyer’s account is made, buyer will receive permission to load out which will permit removal of the animal from the seller.

Please be reminded that title passes at the fall of the hammer, at which time the purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility to move
horses after the sale. Consignors will assist with holding of animals pending transport and assist with transport arrangements where noted in footnotes on individual horses.
