Bidding opens at 12 Noon Thurs Sep 12. Bidding will continue to 6 p.m. Sep 18 at which time Hip 1 will close. At 6:03 p.m. Hip 2 will close. At 6:06 p.m. Hip 3 will close. Every 3 minutes the following horse will be closed to bidding. Bidding will be extended 3 mins if any bid is placed in the last min.

Notes: On the bottom, double bred Cutter Bill… Snap Crackle N Rock was not campaigned due to injury but his offspring definitely are interested in cattle. His grandam, Limeliter was said to get on her knees to stop a cow when cutting. She also had speed in her background with Jet Deck in the pedigree. Te Boston Dude qualified twice for the world. He was high point halter and showmanship in the South Dakota Quarter Horse Association and The Center of the Nation Quarter Horse Association. Both “Snap” and “Dude” had great dispositions. Eligible for Ranching Heritage classes.

N Okie, son of Miss N Cash (Dash For Cash son). LTE of $5,756 PE $496,000. Grandam - Smart Fancy
Lena, (daughter of Smart Little Lena) LTE of $48,453, PE $418,383, dam of Chula Dual and grandam of
Spots Hot (NCHA Futurity Champion). Blue Duck Okie sold to a South America and stands south of the
equator. On Bottom: Dam: Just A Grulla Streak (Colonel Freckles, Peponita, Ed Echols, Doc Bar).
Grandsires: Just A Freckle - Superior Performance, NCHA money-earner, ROM Performance} a son of
AQHA Hall of Fame Colonel Freckles PE $14 million in NCHA and NRHA competition. Lucky Senbar
(Top Ten World Show, ‘81 7th Senior Cutting, NCHA money-earner, ROM Performance). His PE 353
AQHA Performance Points, Performance ROMS, Superior Performance Awards and NCHA LTE:
$145,179. Ink Master’s dam comes from performers. “Kissy’s” dam, Misty Jo Rock, had foals that
topped our sale many times. Her sire,Benito Bar Jack and his sire Docs Benito Bar, are both
AQHA Champions and the sires of AQHA Champions and ROMs. Misty Jo Rock was one of
our favorite Cutter Bill granddaughters and produced foals with wonderful dispositions. She was
reserve open yearling in the SDQHA and her full sister was a consistent winner in New York
state. A half- brother to Ink Master is working cattle and giving a lot of pleasure to his owner on
trail rides. He is the perfect all-around mount with athletic ability to burn! He helped his owner
film the 2015 Custer State Park Buffalo Round-up.

HORSE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The highest bidder is the buyer. Any dispute between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as the auctioneer sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, including the right to reject any or all bids.
2. Terms of the sale are cash or bankable check.
3. When a horse is sold, title shall pass to the buyer.
4. Horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Montana, and the right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this sale.
5. Horses are at the buyer’s expense and risk and responsibility from the time of the purchase, but no delivery will be made until final
settlement has been made.
6. There is no guarantee of any kind as to the soundness or condition or other quality of any horse sold in this sale. Once the sale closes the sale is final.
7. The sale management, auctioneers, and employees act as agents for the sellers, but assume no liability for either buyer or sellers.
Any representations made by the sale management are made on behalf of the seller.
8. Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of the catalog. However, sales management, printer and auctioneer assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.
9. Checks should be made payable to BLS or Billings Livestock Commission.
10. Sellers have the right to bid. The auctioneer may protect the seller.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
First - Sale Invoice: At the conclusion of the bidding on each lot, the successful bidder will be emailed an invoice for the lots purchased.
Second - Payment of Account: Full settlement of purchases need to be made no later than the Tuesday following the sale, at 5PM. Payment will be made by United States currency, certified check, money order, traveler’s check, or personal check. Canadian buyers must pay with US Currency or Certified Funds.
Third - Permission to Load Out: After payment of the buyer’s account is made, buyer will receive permission to load out which will permit removal of the animal from the seller.

Please be reminded that title passes at the fall of the hammer, at which time the purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility to move
horses after the sale. Consignors will assist with holding of animals pending transport and assist with transport arrangements where noted in footnotes on individual horses.
