2023 AQHA Palomino Mare
A Shiny Gun - 2023 AQHA Palomino Mare - 6279595 - Josh Long, Victor, MT - She’s only three, but she’s already showing you exactly what she wants to be. A Shiny Gun is the kind of young mare that makes you excited about the future. She’s already been used outside in the pasture doctoring cattle, roped on, and roped the sled, giving her the kind of real-world experience and foundation you can’t manufacture in an arena. She’s cowy, athletic, willing, and has a BIG stop that makes you take notice. We could easily see her developing into a breakaway or heel horse, and with her natural ability and desire to work, she’s an exciting cutting/cow horse prospect as well. Every ride, she gets a little softer, a little smarter, and a little better. She’s not a finished horse—she’s something even more exciting: a talented young mare with the foundation laid and her best years still in front of her. Pretty is easy to find. Potential is harder. A Shiny Gun has both. By OSR Cats Boonsmals and out of Shining Sparks Gun, her pedigree carries proven cow-horse influence including Peptoboonsmal, Boonsmals Kandy Man, OSR Cats Golden Pep, Shining Spark, Smooth As A Cat, and Absolutely Stunning. If you’re looking for one to take home, finish your way, and watch turn into something special—don’t overlook this mare. VIDEO: Contact Seller. FMI: Josh 406-274-1061. Coggins.
