Our representatives and consignors make every attempt to put the correct base weight on the cattle being offered. Many factors out of our control can lead to this weight not being right on. This is especially true in cattle that are selling several months ahead of delivery. We have implemented many good protections for both the buyer and the seller to make a fair contract in the event of this happening.
BUYERS MUST SEND ENOUGH TRUCKS TO HAUL GROSS WEIGHT OF CONTRACT PURCHASED.
BUYERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO TAKE A SPECIFIC HEAD COUNT IN THE EVENT OF CATTLE COMING IN HEAVY.
