This is especially true in cattle that are selling several months ahead of delivery. We have implemented many good protections for both the buyer and the seller to make a fair contract in the event of this happening.
BUYERS MUST SEND ENOUGH TRUCKS TO HAUL GROSS WEIGHT OF CONTRACT PURCHASED.
BUYERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO TAKE A SPECIFIC HEAD COUNT IN THE EVENT OF CATTLE COMING IN HEAVY.
