Our TIMED ONLINE ONLY SALE Procedure is as follows:
Bidding opens on all horses at 12 Noon Jul 9
Bidding will continue up to 6 p.m. Jul 17 at which time Hip 1 will close.
At 6:03 p.m. Hip 2 will close. At 6:06 p.m. Hip 3 will close.
Every 3 minutes the following horse will be closed to bidding.
2019 GRADE Red Roan Gelding
2019 red roan grade gelding. If you’re looking for your next ranch horse prospect that can go all day, 7 days a week, and cover big country, then this is your guy! Twister has been with us the past two years and in that time has been covered many miles in high desert and mountain settings moving cattle. He’s led pack strings in the high country and has been used for doctoring and tagging during calving season. He has drug calves to fire during this past spring and summer brandings. Good size feet wearing size 1 fronts and O backs and stands for farrier. Crosses water, bridges, and boggy ground and been around snakes and sage grouse and doesn’t spook. Rides off by himself no problem, not buddy or barn sour, and likes to work. Twister was wormed, had his teeth floated and worked on by equine massage therapist June 2025. Currently located in Riverton, WY, he stands at 15.3hh and is an all around ranch horse. Happy to answer any questions anyone has about him! Video and photos aren’t abundant because he’s usually working by himself riding long miles! No scars and 100% sound. Willing to hold for 10 days past sale day at no additional charge. Willing to help arrange transportation including hauling 150 miles at no additional charge.

HORSE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The highest bidder is the buyer. Any dispute between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as the auctioneer sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, including the right to reject any or all bids.
2. Terms of the sale are cash or bankable check.
3. When a horse is sold, title shall pass to the buyer.
4. Horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Montana, and the right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this sale.
5. Horses are at the buyer’s expense and risk and responsibility from the time of the purchase, but no delivery will be made until final
settlement has been made.
6. There is no guarantee of any kind as to the soundness or condition or other quality of any horse sold in this sale. Once the sale closes the sale is final.
7. The sale management, auctioneers, and employees act as agents for the sellers, but assume no liability for either buyer or sellers.
Any representations made by the sale management are made on behalf of the seller.
8. Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of the catalog. However, sales management, printer and auctioneer assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.
9. Checks should be made payable to BLS or Billings Livestock Commission.
10. Sellers have the right to bid. The auctioneer may protect the seller.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
First - Sale Invoice: At the conclusion of the bidding on each lot, the successful bidder will be emailed an invoice for the lots purchased.
Second - Payment of Account: Full settlement of purchases need to be made no later than the Tuesday following the sale, at 5PM. Payment will be made by United States currency, certified check, money order, traveler’s check, or personal check. Canadian buyers must pay with US Currency or Certified Funds.
Third - Permission to Load Out: After payment of the buyer’s account is made, buyer will receive permission to load out which will permit removal of the animal from the seller.

Care & Removal of Horses - Important!!
Please be reminded that title passes at the fall of the hammer, at which time the purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility to move
horses after the sale. Consignors will assist with holding of animals pending transport and assist with transport arrangements where noted in footnotes on individual horses.
