Our TIMED ONLINE ONLY SALE Procedure is as follows:
Bidding opens on all horses at 12 Noon Jul 9
Bidding will continue up to 6 p.m. Jul 17 at which time Hip 1 will close.
At 6:03 p.m. Hip 2 will close. At 6:06 p.m. Hip 3 will close.
Every 3 minutes the following horse will be closed to bidding.
2019 GRADE Gpysy Vanner Stallion
Ridge is the whole package. From a safe family horse to a solid trail horse and everything in between!! Lake Ridge Black Lightning SBO, aka “Ridge” is a 6 year old 14.3 hand gypsy banner stallion. Ridge is well trained to ride and drive. He is quiet and is not your typical stallion. Ridge is super flashy and would make a great herd sire or if you would rather have a gelding, arrangements can be made. Ridge is super easy to handle. My little boys can lead and ride him and crawl all around him and it doesn’t phase him at all. He has a smooth walk, trot, and canter. He picks up both his leads and is soft in the face. He rides in the arena and is a seasoned trail horse. Did I mention besides being safe for the whole family he is also as pretty as you could paint one. Ridge is also broke to drive. We have driven him to town and he doesn’t mind the traffic. Ridge is laid back making him the perfect kids horse. He is also a proven sire of very pretty foals if you choose to take him that route. Ridge does well inside or turned out. He stands to be tacked, mounted, and stands for the farrier. We have exposed him to tarps, bouncy balls, and carried the flag. HORSE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The highest bidder is the buyer. Any dispute between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as the auctioneer sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, including the right to reject any or all bids.
2. Terms of the sale are cash or bankable check.
3. When a horse is sold, title shall pass to the buyer.
4. Horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Montana, and the right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this sale.
5. Horses are at the buyer’s expense and risk and responsibility from the time of the purchase, but no delivery will be made until final
settlement has been made.
6. There is no guarantee of any kind as to the soundness or condition or other quality of any horse sold in this sale. Once the sale closes the sale is final.
7. The sale management, auctioneers, and employees act as agents for the sellers, but assume no liability for either buyer or sellers.
Any representations made by the sale management are made on behalf of the seller.
8. Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of the catalog. However, sales management, printer and auctioneer assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.
9. Checks should be made payable to BLS or Billings Livestock Commission.
10. Sellers have the right to bid. The auctioneer may protect the seller.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
First - Sale Invoice: At the conclusion of the bidding on each lot, the successful bidder will be emailed an invoice for the lots purchased.
Second - Payment of Account: Full settlement of purchases need to be made no later than the Tuesday following the sale, at 5PM. Payment will be made by United States currency, certified check, money order, traveler’s check, or personal check. Canadian buyers must pay with US Currency or Certified Funds.
Third - Permission to Load Out: After payment of the buyer’s account is made, buyer will receive permission to load out which will permit removal of the animal from the seller.

Care & Removal of Horses - Important!!
Please be reminded that title passes at the fall of the hammer, at which time the purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility to move
horses after the sale. Consignors will assist with holding of animals pending transport and assist with transport arrangements where noted in footnotes on individual horses.
