Our TIMED ONLINE ONLY SALE Procedure is as follows:
Bidding opens on all horses at 12 Noon Jul 9
Bidding will continue up to 6 p.m. Jul 17 at which time Hip 1 will close.
At 6:03 p.m. Hip 2 will close. At 6:06 p.m. Hip 3 will close.
Every 3 minutes the following horse will be closed to bidding.
2021 ApHC Sorrel Mare
This sweet gal has more chrome than a Midwest truck stop! Chrome is an old soul that is gentle beyond her years. She is top notch on the trail! She traverses all types of terrain smoothly and slowly. She crosses water or wades or swims without hesitation. She will ride alone or in a group, lead or follow. Chrome has been used around cattle- gathering and sorting. She has good body control and will work a gate. Chrome has been to town for parades and festivities, all with a first time rider! Chrome is steady day in and day out. There is nothing we have done with Chrome that bothers her! She is sweet and compliant. She has willingly accepted obstacles, bicycles, crowds, traffic and many beginner riders from ages 6-76. She is the same horse even with time off. Chrome will sidepass to a mounting block and stand like a statue. She is patient and is always happy to take it easy- gentle but responsive. Chrome does all the things one should- good to catch, good to shoe, stands tied, walks on a walker, leads from atv, fly sprays, loads, hauls next to others - all around good manners. She rides bareback and double. Current on vet care including dental. Low in the herd. Not mare-ish. I would love to discuss Chrome becoming a part of your family. 14.3 and stout. HORSE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The highest bidder is the buyer. Any dispute between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as the auctioneer sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, including the right to reject any or all bids.
2. Terms of the sale are cash or bankable check.
3. When a horse is sold, title shall pass to the buyer.
4. Horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Montana, and the right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this sale.
5. Horses are at the buyer’s expense and risk and responsibility from the time of the purchase, but no delivery will be made until final
settlement has been made.
6. There is no guarantee of any kind as to the soundness or condition or other quality of any horse sold in this sale. Once the sale closes the sale is final.
7. The sale management, auctioneers, and employees act as agents for the sellers, but assume no liability for either buyer or sellers.
Any representations made by the sale management are made on behalf of the seller.
8. Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of the catalog. However, sales management, printer and auctioneer assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.
9. Checks should be made payable to BLS or Billings Livestock Commission.
10. Sellers have the right to bid. The auctioneer may protect the seller.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
First - Sale Invoice: At the conclusion of the bidding on each lot, the successful bidder will be emailed an invoice for the lots purchased.
Second - Payment of Account: Full settlement of purchases need to be made no later than the Tuesday following the sale, at 5PM. Payment will be made by United States currency, certified check, money order, traveler’s check, or personal check. Canadian buyers must pay with US Currency or Certified Funds.
Third - Permission to Load Out: After payment of the buyer’s account is made, buyer will receive permission to load out which will permit removal of the animal from the seller.

Care & Removal of Horses - Important!!
Please be reminded that title passes at the fall of the hammer, at which time the purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility to move
horses after the sale. Consignors will assist with holding of animals pending transport and assist with transport arrangements where noted in footnotes on individual horses.
