Our TIMED ONLINE ONLY SALE Procedure is as follows:
Bidding opens on all horses at 12 Noon Jul 9
Bidding will continue up to 6 p.m. Jul 17 at which time Hip 1 will close.
At 6:03 p.m. Hip 2 will close. At 6:06 p.m. Hip 3 will close.
Every 3 minutes the following horse will be closed to bidding.
2017 GRADE Sorrel John Mule
Graber as we call him is an 8 year old 15.2 hand sorrel John mule that is well broke to ride. He neck reins, side passes, and stays soft in the bridle. Graber rides off quiet every time you ride him whether it's once a month or everyday. He rides well in the arena and has a smooth walk, trot, and slow canter. He stands to be mounted and tacked as well as to be shod free handed. He does not mind having his ears messed with. Graber rides superb outside on the trails. He goes out well by himself and in a group and goes wherever you pint him with no issues. Graber is well seasoned and is not spooky. He carries a ranch brand on his hip. He has been used to push cattle and check fences and he knows what a days work is like. Graber does not get easily excited and will cruise around on a loose rein all day. We have also taken him down the main highway into town and into the local hardware store. Graber has been exposed to tarps, bouncy balls, and all kinds of obstacles. He does well inside and out in a mixed herd. Graber meets you at the gate and always loves attention. He sells sane, sound, and ready to move into his forever home. HORSE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The highest bidder is the buyer. Any dispute between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as the auctioneer sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, including the right to reject any or all bids.
2. Terms of the sale are cash or bankable check.
3. When a horse is sold, title shall pass to the buyer.
4. Horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Montana, and the right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this sale.
5. Horses are at the buyer’s expense and risk and responsibility from the time of the purchase, but no delivery will be made until final
settlement has been made.
6. There is no guarantee of any kind as to the soundness or condition or other quality of any horse sold in this sale. Once the sale closes the sale is final.
7. The sale management, auctioneers, and employees act as agents for the sellers, but assume no liability for either buyer or sellers.
Any representations made by the sale management are made on behalf of the seller.
8. Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of the catalog. However, sales management, printer and auctioneer assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.
9. Checks should be made payable to BLS or Billings Livestock Commission.
10. Sellers have the right to bid. The auctioneer may protect the seller.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
First - Sale Invoice: At the conclusion of the bidding on each lot, the successful bidder will be emailed an invoice for the lots purchased.
Second - Payment of Account: Full settlement of purchases need to be made no later than the Tuesday following the sale, at 5PM. Payment will be made by United States currency, certified check, money order, traveler’s check, or personal check. Canadian buyers must pay with US Currency or Certified Funds.
Third - Permission to Load Out: After payment of the buyer’s account is made, buyer will receive permission to load out which will permit removal of the animal from the seller.

Care & Removal of Horses - Important!!
Please be reminded that title passes at the fall of the hammer, at which time the purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility to move
horses after the sale. Consignors will assist with holding of animals pending transport and assist with transport arrangements where noted in footnotes on individual horses.
