Our TIMED ONLINE ONLY SALE Procedure is as follows:
Bidding opens on all horses at 12 Noon Jul 9
Bidding will continue up to 6 p.m. Jul 17 at which time Hip 1 will close.
At 6:03 p.m. Hip 2 will close. At 6:06 p.m. Hip 3 will close.
Every 3 minutes the following horse will be closed to bidding.
2013 GRADE Sorrel Gelding
Blazer is a 12 yr old sorrel quarter horse gelding that stands 15 hands. This is a sweet guy that is gentle for the family. He is a finished ranch and trail horse that is well broke and an honest good guy. We have used him as a lesson horse and has been ridden by teenage girls and older less experienced riders. is very good to sort cattle on and will not let one get by him. You can ride him bareback in a halter or pull the bridle off and ride him with a rein under his neck. He goes down the trail like a champ and crosses water and obstacles with ease. He will turn around both directions fairly good and side pass to open and close gates. He is the kind you can lay off for two months and just go grab him when you need him and he will saddle up just fine. He is trained to be led up to any step, stump or fence and simply Smooch to him and he will sidestep over and let you get on. He needs zero maintenance but I would call him 95% sound. He is one that you can take for a big hard day and he will easily get the job done. If you hustle him around in a tight circle, you might see him step short once in a while if he lands on a rock just wrong but It doesn’t amount too much. Because of that he is selling that way. This is a veteran horse that has a lot left to offer someone. He has raised several kids into being better horsemen. We are selling him just because of his age. Time to ride the younger ones. HORSE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The highest bidder is the buyer. Any dispute between two or more bidders, sole authority to settle the dispute as the auctioneer sees fit is reserved by the auctioneer, including the right to reject any or all bids.
2. Terms of the sale are cash or bankable check.
3. When a horse is sold, title shall pass to the buyer.
4. Horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Montana, and the right to bid is reserved for all sellers in this sale.
5. Horses are at the buyer’s expense and risk and responsibility from the time of the purchase, but no delivery will be made until final
settlement has been made.
6. There is no guarantee of any kind as to the soundness or condition or other quality of any horse sold in this sale. Once the sale closes the sale is final.
7. The sale management, auctioneers, and employees act as agents for the sellers, but assume no liability for either buyer or sellers.
Any representations made by the sale management are made on behalf of the seller.
8. Every effort has been made to ensure correctness of the catalog. However, sales management, printer and auctioneer assume no responsibility for errors or omissions.
9. Checks should be made payable to BLS or Billings Livestock Commission.
10. Sellers have the right to bid. The auctioneer may protect the seller.
SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES
First - Sale Invoice: At the conclusion of the bidding on each lot, the successful bidder will be emailed an invoice for the lots purchased.
Second - Payment of Account: Full settlement of purchases need to be made no later than the Tuesday following the sale, at 5PM. Payment will be made by United States currency, certified check, money order, traveler’s check, or personal check. Canadian buyers must pay with US Currency or Certified Funds.
Third - Permission to Load Out: After payment of the buyer’s account is made, buyer will receive permission to load out which will permit removal of the animal from the seller.

Care & Removal of Horses - Important!!
Please be reminded that title passes at the fall of the hammer, at which time the purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility to move
horses after the sale. Consignors will assist with holding of animals pending transport and assist with transport arrangements where noted in footnotes on individual horses.
